What is a vacation without sickness?

Here are the stats:

6 with a stomach bug and mild fever

1 ruptured eardrum and ear infection

1 strange rash (probably roseola), two weeks of food/water refusal

2 colds

1 virtually untouched: yours truly (amazing since she was the barf-cleaner and child-consoler through it all)

and to finish it off, on the last day of vacation, we started a round of pharyngitis (with its accompanying voice loss, fevers, and joint aches) that would continue to spread once we were back at our regular schedules.  

I love vacations!
