After changing a diaper when V was only 1 month old, Aimee came in the room and saw V on the changing table. She quickly ran out of the room and came back carrying a step. Curious about what she was doing, I stood back and watched. She mumbled some words to herself as she worked and carefully placed her step right next to the changing table. She quickly climbed on the step and peered over the top of the changing pad. She was all smiles as she lovingly looked at her new baby sister.
As imperfect as this image is, technically speaking, I absolutely love the story and emotion that is contained in it. I love that my girls completely adore their baby sister. It just melts my heart to see my children show so much love and affection towards their sweet little sister.
